Who deserves basic human rights is up for debate, white supremacy is on the rise, and things feel dire. So how do we hold up our UU principle of seeking compassion in human relations, even when faced with people whose values we don’t share?  Harmony member Julie Gebhart relays how we can still hold onto our sense of compassion in the face of such negativity.
