The Awards Culture in the Entertainment Industry

Mass media including film, tv, and music has a strong impact on society.  Awards such as the Academy Awards and Golden Globes influence what gets produced.  There has been a mix of positive social outcomes from this as well as controversies.  Doren Cook would like to discuss her love of media, the red carpet phenomenon, and have some fun!  If anyone wants to include your favorite award-nominated films or celebrity award looks, contact Doren by April 11.
